Hello friends! I'm finally sharing my adventures in Barcelona. Better late than never, right? It was my first time visiting Spain in August and let's just say I brought home memories that I will cherish forever. We were there for 3 days so we had limited time to see everything we wanted. We decided to do our research and choose our top 3 places we wanted to see and they were the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, and La Pedrera. All these three pieces of architecture are from one of the must renowned and creative architects, Antoni Gaudi. His work can be found all over Barcelona. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. You'll need to book your flight ticket to Barcelona to witness the greatness yourselves.
Sagrada Familia
Sagrada Familia is a massive Roman Catholic church that was first constructed in 1882. Surprisingly, the church is not complete! It is still currently under construction and it probably won't be done until 2026. To read more about the history

The details of Sagrada Familia are just beautiful.

Casa Batllo
The design of this home is so stylish and creative. The building has skull-like balconies and when you get to the rooftop, it looks like a dragon is wrapped around the building. There is a variety of organic shapes and colors in the exterior and interior of the building.

La Pedrera
La Pedrera is another awesome building designed by Gaudi. There are people who currently live in the building so the main attraction is the roof. Seriously, you guys, I felt like I was in a Star Wars movie with the interesting characters on the roof. The views and the layout of the roof terrace are AH-MAZING. I have never seen anything like it. Enjoy the pictures!
I felt like I was surrounded by little interesting characters from another planet.
