One of My Favorite Parks in Paris:
Jardin des Tuileries

I found one of favorite parks in Paris called Jardin des Tuileries. If you know me, I'm a sucker for gardens and nature. So of course, I had to visit a couple during my stay. This is a public park where many people come to relax, walk around, and have a picnic with their friends. I do admit that it is also a great place to take pictures. What I love about this garden are the trees which were trimmed to perfection, the statues, and the ferris wheel. Speaking of the ferris wheel, we certainly went on it and had great views of Paris. I highly suggest for you to visit this park and enjoy it. You will love it!

Eiffel Tower, Oh You Fancy

For years and years, I have seen the Eiffel Tower in movies, clothing, and books. I always admired the design and architecture of the structure. The day I saw it for the very first time was surreal. I could not believe I was standing right in front of it. We got off from the metro and were walking when all of a sudden we reached Trocadero and there was the Eiffel Tower. I felt so happy! From Trocadero we wondered around the streets and eventually came across a cute street that had a view of the Eiffel Tower. We snapped a couple of pictures there. All the walking made us hungry so we stopped by a cafe and had a delightful lunch. Then we made our way down to the Eiffel Tower so we could be as close as we could. I'll never forget this day. The adventure did not end there, we continued our way to Palais de Tokyo. A great museum for those who are interested in modern art. Our last stop was Arc De Triomphe. Of course, more pictures were taken there. Enjoy!

On Our Way to Notre Dame

My first trip to Europe was one for the books. This is a trip I'll never forget. Ever since I was little it was my dream to go and it finally came true. For our trip to Europe, we went to both Paris and Barcelona. Our first stop was Paris. We arrived on a Thursday at 11 am. I've never experienced jet lag before this trip, but when we arrived my boyfriend's aunt took us out for lunch. I was so sleepy. Thankfully,  we ordered some coffee which helped me continue with my day. After our lunch, we headed over to the Notre Dame Cathedral. On our way there we stopped by to get some delicious ice cream as we walked over the Seine River to enjoy the view. When we got there I fell in love with the details and architecture of the Notre Dame. We sat there and just admired it. After all the walking and adjusting to the time change, I have to admit I was a tad bit excited to head to bed. I fell asleep a happy gal!
